Before you and your guests begin their first course. It is time to say thanks, give blessings and toast to the newly weds! The best man starts the toast and gives his speech, followed by the maid of honor. The couple responds (the groom usually responds to the best man, but why not let the bride say something, too?), and then parents and other guests typically get their chance. As a full service caterer, we offer champagne service for you and you guests. With the purchase of champagne, we will provide well attended servers to pour champagne in your guests glasses.
The Main Course
We do a lot of weddings, and it is something that we really enjoy and are very good at. We get to create something unique for each and every bride that they are going to remember for the rest of their lives.
We offer a wide variety of menus for wedding receptions. Your not only get the chance to choose the perfect menu, but you also get to decide which style of menu that you will have for you and your guests at your wedding reception. All menus can be customized to meet each individuals needs.
Traditional Buffets are usually set up on long tables with lines forming on either side where guests can help themselves to whatever it is they desire. We’ve seen the trend of brides and grooms spicing up their buffets with a carving chef for one of your entrees.
Buffet Stations are an exciting way to incorporate food as entertainment to your wedding reception! Sprinkle these stations around for a fun, social atmosphere that gives you and your guests an exciting eating experience with many choices.
Just like a sit-down or plated dinner, a family style meal will have your guests seated at their tables while our professional Wait Staff bring out the courses on large serving platters to be passed around creating a laid-back and comfortable mood. This is a very inviting and interactive approach to your wedding reception, and allows guests to get a chance to know each other as they dine.
Multiple entrées are also available when you bring the buffet to your guests with family-style service. Start with a wonderful salad, either plated or also family style, while our Wait Staff delivers platters of food to your table for your guests to enjoy.
A traditional plated meal is a dining option where your guests remain seated at their tables while our professional servers bring out the meals they ordered on the response cards. Your guest will start with one of our many salad options, then move on to their main course. You will be able to decide what main course options that your guests get to choose from.
