Action Stations & Specialty Stations

Serving food at multiple stations encourages guest circulation and reduces wait times. The number and placement of stations are determined by your menu and guest count.
If a station is served by an attendant, please add $75 per attendant for the first 90 minutes of service.


Oriental Wok / Mongolian Grill Stir-Fry

Assorted fresh meats and vegetables stir-fried with your choice of sauces. Served with noodles, steamed rice, oriental fried rice, egg rolls, and fortune cookies.

Italian Pasta Creations

Fine pastas with sauces: Chunky Marinara, Alfredo, White Wine, and Pesto. Condiments include toasted pine nuts, olive oil, fresh butter, sun-dried tomatoes, diced tomatoes, capers, sliced mushrooms, Italian olives, peppers, basil, shredded fresh parmesan, and hot red pepper flakes, garlic, onion slivers, four cheese blend.

Greek Steak Diana Flambé

Tender slices of beef sautéed with diced tomatoes and mushrooms, seasoned with cracked pepper, parsley, mustard, and wine, flambéed with brandy for dramatic presentation. Served with pita bread and condiments.

Russian Flavors

Beef Stroganoff with mushrooms, Piroshki with potato. Buckwheat Blini or white toasts topped with red salmon caviar, sieved egg, onion, and sour cream.
Optional upgrades: Black Sturgeon or Golden Whitefish caviar.

New York Jewish Deli Station

Chopped chicken liver, mini potato or beef knishes, potato pancakes with applesauce and sour cream, kosher pickles. Carved brisket of beef on cocktail rye and rye rolls with mustard and horseradish.

Paris Street Food Station

Vol-au-vent puff shells with three fillings: shrimp & scallops in saffron sauce, beef bourguignonne with mushrooms, carrots, and pearl onions, and chicken curry with coconut, almonds, and raisins.

New Orleans Bourbon Street

Crab cakes with mustard sauce, red beans & rice, jambalaya, andouille sausage, crawfish, fried okra, and cornbread.

Southwestern Station

Buffalo wings, BBQ chicken, beef chili con carne, potato salad, and cornbread.

Italian Bruschetta Station

Roasted green & red peppers, eggplant, and broccoli rabe on toasted Italian breads. Adorned with fresh vegetables including bushels of eggplant, zucchini, and Italian décor.

Grilled Panini Station

Panini on fresh Italian breads brushed with olive oil: bistro ham, California club, classic Italian, goat cheese portabella with roasted red peppers, vegetarian, peppered roast beef with sage aioli, and more varieties.

Southwestern Snacks Station

Corn tortilla chips with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheddar jalapeño poppers, chili con queso, chicken quesadillas, mini beef burritos, chicken & cheese enchiladas.

Italian Station

Antipasto display with prosciutto ham, mortadella, Genoa salami, smoked mozzarella, pepperoncini, kalamata olives, marinated roasted peppers, balsamic mushrooms, and artichoke hearts.
Pasta sautéed to order with garlic, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, assorted vegetables, meats, and cheeses. Choice of pesto, marinara, or Alfredo sauces. Served with Italian garlic bread & grated parmesan.

Creole Station

New Orleans seafood gumbo, red beans & rice with andouille sausage, assorted meats & seafood jambalaya, steamed crawfish, and Southern cornbread.

Vegetarian Stir-Fry Station

Chinese yellow egg noodles with sautéed and steamed onions, bok choy, peppers, mushrooms, sprouts, water chestnuts, baby corn, and other seasonal vegetables. Several sauces including soy and hot sauce.

High Tea Station

Tea sandwiches, ginger scones, rosemary currant scones with Devonshire cream, lemon curd, homemade preserves, bowls of strawberries with crème fraîche and brown sugar, miniature desserts, tea, and coffee (regular & decaf).

Ambrosia Station

Assortment of imported & domestic cheeses, fruits, gourmet crackers, vegetable crudités with dips (spinach hummus, California onion, curry/dill, roasted red pepper), seasonal sliced fruits including melons, berries, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, and oranges.

Royal Thai Wok Station (copper service)

Copper woks simmering with Tom Ka soup, green curry crab, ginger chicken stir-fry, basil fried rice, Pad Thai noodles, jasmine rice. Cold items include cucumber salad, shredded carrot, and bean sprouts.

Antipasto Table Display

Charcuterie meats, cheeses, artichoke hearts, grilled vegetable bruschetta display, toasted baguette slices with virgin olive oil, platters of grilled peppers, zucchini, crookneck squash, marinated olives, hot peppers, carrot sticks, and handmade breadsticks.

Mediterranean Mezzé

Dressed feta cheese, olives, homemade red pepper hummus & baba ghanoush, toasted pita points, figs, dates, pistachios, and grapes.

Planchas Station

Buttery crisp pressed Cuban-style sandwiches with slow-roasted mojo-marinated pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard.

Mongolian Grill Station

Shrimp, pork, chicken, and beef stir-fried with Asian sauces, served with rice and egg noodles, colorful stir-fry vegetables, fresh fried rice, ginger, cilantro, and mung bean sprouts. Toppings include coconut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and crispy noodles.
