1. Reserve your tentative date and be prepared to provide details of your event as soon as possible, even if you are not sure of the head count. Book the time and day, so we will have space reserved for you on our Event Calender.

Final menu arrangements must be made a minimum of two working days in advance.

2. Corporate Accounts can use our COMPUTERIZED BOOKING SYSTEM to reserve future dates throughout the year. We will reserve your date, and call you to confirm the menu, guest count, and location. two weeks before your event date.

3. A minimum of 50 persons is required for Full Service except as otherwise indicated. BOXED LUNCHES are available for under 20 people.
