Payment:

-Based on the the expected amount of people, of the total , one-half, is due as a deposit upon the signing of the letter of agreement.

-Cancellation terms:

-Cancellation fee up to 180 days prior to arrival: 25 % of the deposit amount.

-Cancellation fee up to 120 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the deposit amount.

-Cancellation fee less than 90 days prior to arrival: 75 % of the deposit amount.

- No refunds will be granted if guests do not appear on the booked date.

(Note: Wedding Cancellation Insurance is available from most Insurance agencies)

-Final payment will be due TWO WEEKS prior to your event. If final payment is not made two weeks prior to event, it must be in cash or cashier's check.

-Payment for Beverage Service, any additional guests and\or items not included herein, will be due the day of the event.

-Payment may be made in cash or by check or chshier's check.

In order for us to prepare adequate food and supplies, please confirm with us the final number attending and\or amounts no later than two weeks prior to the event.

Menu Note:

 Menu prices are subject to change without notice. If requested, prices may be confirmed (60)days in advance of your event.

Your menu will not be limited to the items listed. The specifics of fillings, garnishes, etc., may be determined by SophistiCatering based on the seasonal availability of foods at the time of marketing, some of which is completed just hours before the event, to assure freshness. We reserve the right to alter the menu based on availability, and whenever possible we will consult with you before making substitutions. In all cases, our substitutions will be of equal or greater dollar value than that of the original item on the date of the agreed-upon menu.

SophistiCatering cannot reserve the date for your event until our signed letter of agreement and deposit are received. However, we will not accept an alternate agreement for this date without first contacting you about your intentions.
