GERMAN THEME BUFFET
Beef Rouladen rolled with bacon, dijon mustard, onion and pickle. Veal schnitzel with browned butter and German Sausages. spatzle dumplings, sweet and sour red cabbage. Fried potatoes with vegetables. Mixed greens with potato salad. German brown bread and butter.
