Sesame Chicken; Cashew Chicken; Kung Pow Beef. Hot food includeds Steamed Rice; oriental vegetable stir-fry and Egg Rolls. Oriental
Cucumber Salad with fried wontons and Almond Cookies.


CHINESE BUFFET #2
Shrimp with Pea Pods and Boc Choy, Almond Chicken; Oriental Pork Ribs. Hot food includeds Fried Rice and Steamed Rice; Oriental vegetable stir-fry; Crab Rangoon and Egg Rolls. Oriental Cucumber Salad with fried wontons and Almond Cookies.


GERMAN THEME BUFFET
Beef Rouladen rolled with bacon, dijon mustard, onion and pickle. veal schnitzel with browned butter and German Meat Balls. spatzle dumplings, sweet and sour red cabbage. Fried potatoes with vegetables. Mixed greens with potato salad with beer dressing. German brown bread and butter.



HAWAIIAN BUFFET #1
Hot entrees include Hawaiian Chicken (ginger, soy, kiwi and pineapple), Ono Ribs (garlic, soy, ginger), Terriaki Beef. Sides Include Pineapple Fried Rice, Hawaiian vegetable medley. Cold buffet with Maui Pasta Salad, mixed greens with ginger dressing and sweet onion, Hawaiian Fruit Platter.

Hot entrees include Grilled Mahi, Mahi with Papaya relish, Hawaiian Chicken Hekka( Breast of chicken with vegetables, mushrooms, Mirin, soy and ginger), Terriaki Beef. IRISH BUFFET #1
Irish Beef and Guinness Stew; Corned beef and cabbage with carrots, parsnips and onions; Shepherd's Pie- Chopped steak with sautéed carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic & baked in the oven until piping hot: Hot food includes boiled Red Potatoes, Colcannon. Cold table to include mixed field greens with emerald dressing, 1000 island. Potato salad, marble rye and Irish soda bread.


IRISH BUFFET #2
Corned beef and cabbage with carrots, parsnips and onions; Roasted Lamb with Rosemary and Garlic; . Kinvara Salmon charbroiled, topped with a dill butter. Hot food includes boiled Red Potatoes, Colcannon. Cold table to include mixed field greens with emerald dressing, 1000 island. Potato salad, marble rye and Irish soda bread.
